1- The account must be registered with the full name to avoid rejecting your requests in the future.
2- You can only use the digital code for one time.
3- Digital codes are case sensitive. Please enter the code exactly as shown.
4- Any digital code that has been reviewed from Gamerizer account or delivered via email or mobile message is not refundable or interchangeable.
5- Gamerizer and its affiliates shall not be liable for wrong purchases made by yourself, due to negligence and/or inserting false/fake information, which may result in damage/loss. By purchasing any digital code from Gamerizer, you understand, admit, and accept Gamerizer's disclaimer.
6- After delivery, Gamerizer is not liable for any loss or damage to the electronic goods that were purchased through the Gamerizer app.
7- The purchase process will be executed when the transaction is correct and unquestionable. Any purchase process on the app that is under any doubt, incorrect or consecutively rejected, will be stopped immediately, and the full amount will be returned to the transferred account. The customer's membership will be suspended, and all information will be sent to the Department of Cybercrime in the Ministry of Commerce to complete legal proceedings.
8- It takes up to three weeks to return the amount to the owner in case that the request is not executed.
9- By registering on the site, you agree to receive messages containing offers and discounts for the products offered on the site.
10- In case the customer requests to recover the amount of his transfer from one bank to another, Gamerizer does not incur commissions or transfer fees. The request will not be executed in case of transferring from multiple bank accounts.
11- In some cases, your order may not be approved for several reasons, for example if the product you want to buy is not available, or if the product is incorrectly priced, or if the order is found to be fraudulent. We will refund you for orders that are not accepted or that are canceled. Before we agree to the process, we may ask you to provide additional information, including but not limited to phone number, address, or official documents that prove your identity.
12- When purchasing or sending e-mail, you agree to receive any emails from us.
13- Gamerizer and its affiliates have the right to make any amendments or changes to the site or application and to the policies and agreements associated with the site, including the privacy policy, as well as the document for the terms and conditions of service.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment and may take 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Return Policy:
The return and refund policy clearly state the rights and responsibilities of Cardholders. For No Refund or No Cancellation policies, these must be communicated clearly before purchase to avoid disputes.

Cancellation Policy:
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
